The Utah LLC Formation for HotDocs is created by Automated Practice Systems, L.L.C.
The Utah LLC set assists you in completing each task commonly associated with the formation of a limited liability company. These tasks may be as simple as preparing a standard transmittal letter or as complex and multifaceted as designing and documenting an intricate financial and management structure.
The Utah LLC set supports the following tasks:
- Collecting information necessary to organize an LLC
- Drafting engagement, conflict waiver, and transmittal letters
- Assisting in the design of the LLC's capital and management structures
- Drafting the LLC's governing documents
- Generating checklists for filing documents with state and federal depositories
- Generating client-specific guidelines for operating the LLC following formation
The Utah LLC set features Interview Guide templates to help you structure and focus your initial client consultations. The interview guide provides a checklist of the questions and issues commonly encountered in the formation process. Once completed, the Interview Guide serves as a data source for responding to the questions posed in the Master Interview. Those responses are captured in an answer file, which functions as a repository of the information necessary to complete the various documents.

set on a single Computer to assist you with LLC formation tasks.
You may also Run a copy for your use only on a portable computer.
