REAL Probate System is more than just a collection of related documents.  RPS is a system that has been designed to assist users with probate practice from the moment the client contacts the office.

Using a system helps eliminate the typical errors that occur during document assembly, mainly those errors associated with the repetitive task of duplicate data entry and find and replace document creation methods.  The program takes each piece of information and places it in the correct location within each assembled document.  The entered information is then saved to the answer file.  The answer file will transfer the information across every document created for that client. 

The system will also make informed decisions for the user.  For example, if the program knows that the applicant is male, the appropriate pronoun will be inserted into different locations within the document, whether the needed pronoun is he, him, or his.  Answering the one question regarding the applicant's gender automatically changes wording across multiple documents.  This decreases document creation time, ensures high document quality, and reduces errors.
